Our paulownia finger jointed boards are made from paulownia wood. The process involves round log cutting, board drying, board squaring, material selection and cutting, and finger-jointing. They possess strength 1.5 times that of natural solid wood and excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation.

Our production process includes drying and fumigating the boards to remove moisture, planing and cutting them into strips on all four sides, screening for defect-free strips and then shortening them. These strips are then finger-jointed to form square blocks, which are then pressed into panels and sanded. In terms of physical properties, this board surpasses solid wood in tensile and compressive strength and material uniformity. It can replace solid wood in furniture panels, cabinet side panels, stair treads, and interior decoration materials such as door and window beams and decorative strips.
