How to improve the life of cold press bearings
Bearing is an important component in the complete equipment of contemporary carpenter grinding machine woodworking machinery. It plays an important role in the machinery industry. We must do a good job of protecting it in the process of using machinery.
Under the condition of keeping the compressed air pressure basically unchanged, the cold press can reduce the temperature of the compressed air to reduce the water vapor content in the compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid.
Contamination can lead to premature bearing failure. Contamination refers to the entry of sand, metal chips, etc. into the bearing interior. We do not unpack the bearing before using the bearing; keep the installation environment clean during installation, clean the bearing to be used, and strengthen the sealing device of the bearing.
After the bearing is cleaned, it should be flexibly shaken radially and axially by hand to preliminarily judge whether it is loose or the clearance is too large, and check the clearance if necessary. Those found to be severely worn, corroded, and metal spalled, such as ball or roller cages, should be replaced.
All maintenance work of the bearing must be recorded accordingly, as the basis for setting the periodic replacement cycle of the bearing and judging the quality of the bearing.
We need to do appropriate periodic inspections of bearings, so as to find faults early and prevent accidents before they happen, which plays a very important role in improving productivity and economy.
