The cold press is used for flattening, bonding, veneer and other operations on the board, and now it plays an important role in our life.

The circuit inspection should be done before the cold press machine is turned on and off to avoid leakage. The length of the wood must be moderate, not too long, less than 30 cm, and not too thick. The discharge port and the feed port should be as wide as possible to avoid unnecessary accidents.

We need to regularly check whether the connection of each connection part on the equipment is loose, regularly check the current of the main motor, whether the hydraulic system is normal, check the wear of the props, etc. The daily maintenance of the equipment must be taken seriously, and the staff should be trained in operation training and daily maintenance work when installing the equipment.

The hydraulic oil is required to be suitable for the oil quality of the cold press, generally using 45 anti-wear hydraulic oil; the oil quality of the cold press needs to be updated once a year to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

If the booster pump of the cold press is damaged, it will often appear that the steering wheel steering is very heavy, and it is quite serious like turning the steering wheel in an overheated state. If it is not used for the reversing pump for a long time, when restarting, it should not work at full load immediately, and at least 3 sets of operation time of ten minutes should be used; when it is used, the reversing pump should be checked frequently for leakage and normal operation. No shock or abnormal noise, so that faults can be detected and eliminated in time.

After the cold press is completed, after the product is completed, it should be handed over to the next process together with the production and processing order, and the corresponding handover work should be done to successfully complete the product production task.
